This vision is driven by the dynamic Lucas Reichmuth, Founder and Managing Director of Swisatec, whose vision is easily distinguished in his concepts of live-work-play.

Lukas Reichmuth: Director of Swisatec
Lukas Reichmuth is a seasoned executive and an acknowledged contributor in the Swiss construction sector with more than 30 years of experience in engineering, design and architecture. In 2005 Mr Reichmuth established Swisatec, an Architecture, Planning and Project Management firm which specialises in designing and constructionof environmentally friendly buildings and villages built on European standards.

Blue Rock Village
Blue Rock Village is a luxury estate set upon the shores of Lake Blue Rock, Somerset West.
Based along the N2 and a short commute from Somerset West, this luxury micro-village boasts an array of activities and luxurious services in one estate.
All apartments and buildings are built to high European standards to ensure better climate control and energy efficient living. The estate is serviced via one ring road that leads residents and guests to underground parking garages directly under their apartments or the hotel.
This is part of the Car-free living concept that is at the core of Blue Rock Village's design and ensures that more space is available for green areas and sports facilities. Blue Rock Village also offers its residents and guests an array of restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars and other exclusive shops to enjoy.
Luxury Villa on the coast
The luxury villa is a multi-storey structure situated in Gordon's Bay overlooking False bay and Cape Town.
The villa is unlike many other buildings is built to high European standards to ensure better climate control and energy efficient living
This is achieved via double glazed windows, European standard insulation and a solar heated centralised heating system.
The open plan design incorporates the kitchen, dining room, living room and large terrace into one free flowing area.
Underground parking ensures that residents do not have to park on the street and once again reduces the visual impact in the area.
